Summer Youth Employment Program:
The City of Rochester and RochesterWorks 2010 Summer Youth Employment Application is now on-line at both web sites:
http://www.rochesterworks.org/youth_opps_summerprograms.aspx http://www.cityofrochester.gov/article.aspx?id=8589941689
This year applications are to be completed on-line on or before April 9th. All details including frequently asked questions, eligibility, and a single contact number can be found at either site. We encourage all folks who engage youth throughout the year to encourage and support appropriate students to apply. Applications can be accessed on-line from home, school, libraries, churches, community based organization/program sites, drop-in/reporting centers and more. The RHA Resident Services Department will once again be applying for funds to coordinate a summer employment program for youth. If you know of youth that are applying for a summer job and would like to work through RHA’s program, please encourage them to make that distinction on their application.
